According to Dave Meltzer, WWE had planned on doing Amdrade vs Rey Mysterio in a hair vs mask match at Summer Slam but those in power were against it.
“They did not want Andrade cutting his hair and they do not want Rey losing his mask. On Andrade they’re officials backstage who are behind him but they still do nothing with him,” Meltzer added.Click Here:
