Just four months ago, the most dominant name in the history of women’s Mixed Martial Arts competed in her first ever professional wrestling match. Today, “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey has conquered a whole new world, defeating Alexa Bliss to become your new Raw Women’s Champion!

The brash bantamweight fighter had no time for the self-proclaimed Goddess and her shenanigans, as Bliss attempted to roll out of harm’s way repeatedly, even threatening to walk out on the match entirely. Rousey eventually baited her opponent into the ring by sitting down on the mat and literally covering her own eyes, allowing Miss Bliss to apply a sleeper hold . That is, before ripping her to absolute shreds…

A few minutes later and the “Rowdy” one had taken the now-former champion to the mat, wrenching away on brutal submission holds until Bliss was forced to tap out. Ronda celebrated her victory with friend and training partner Natalya, Brie and Nikki Bella who were seated ringside, and her husband Travis Browne.
