Ronda Rousey Offers Judo Lessons For Beginners and Old Pros

WWE Raw Women’s champion Ronda Rousey is one of the biggest stars working in the pro wrestling business today. The Baddest Woman on the Planet has excelled during her time in Vince McMahon’s company and many fans believe she is now the face of WWE.

But Rousey has never forgotten her roots. Ronda is offering judo lessons on her website, rondarousey.com. The videos are also available on Youtube and range from belt tying to finger taping.

Ronda promoted the lessons on her Instagram along with the intro “every journey must have a beginning.” Rousey is a former UFC Bantamweight champion but she actually began her fighting career at age 11, when she first learned judo. She won Olympic medals at an early age and transitioned into Mixed Martial Arts after she turned 21.

Rousey is currently booked to defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Nia Jax at WWE TLC on December 16.
