Two Former WWF Stars Backstage At Raw, WWE 24/7 In July, CM Punk

WWE 24/7’s theme next month will be a celebration of Americana. It will feature several patriotic Superstars and flag-waving events from the past. Hacksaw Jim Duggan will be hosting the Shorties section, which will showcase the following matches: Yokozuna vs. Lex Luger, Edge and Hulk Hogan vs. Billy and Chuck (Fourth of July in 2002), Sgt. Slaughter vs. the Iron Sheik, Sting vs. Nikita Koloff, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Dude Love and the Undertaker vs. Bret Hart, Owen Hart and the British Bulldog from 1997. Dusty Rhodes will be profiled in the Hall of Fame section. The 1988 Great American Bash and an event from Philly from 1984 will also be shown. They will also be showing the 2007 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony in its entirety, with exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews as well. Click here to read the complete synopsis for WWE 24/7 in July.

The Nasty Boys, Brian Knobs and Jerry Sags, were backstage at Raw last night in Tampa. They both live in the area and were recently interviewed for WWE Magazine.

CM Punk is currently living in Louisville, Kentucky, and thus he’s able to appear at Ohio Valley Wrestling shows every now and then.
