It looks like Vince McMahon is digging deep into his pockets to get the XFL going again.

There are reports online this week stating McMahon is expected to spend $500 million on his football league over the first three seasons. Oliver Luck told ESPN that the $100 million investment that McMahon made is just the beginning.

“People were focused on the $100 million, but the truth is that doesn’t even get us to the 20-yard line,” said Luck.

The XFL CEO and Commissioner added that the biggest financial costs that the league will see will be from the salaries for the coaches and players, as well as the players insurance.
