William Regal Claims He Did NOT Train Daniel Bryan & Brian Kendrick, Zack Ryder Unboxes TMNT Throwback Figures

Interestingly, NXT General Manager William Regal sent out a tweet this afternoon clarifying that he did NOT train Daniel Bryan and Brian Kendrick, but that he trained WITH them starting back in 2000.

We’re not exactly sure why Mr. Regal needed to make that clarification, although there was a promo with CM Punk years ago where he stated that Shawn Michaels didn’t really train Bryan beyond “taking $3000” from him, and endless speculation that the UK legend was essentially responsible for him becoming one of the best in-ring competitors of all time.

To clarify this.I didn’t train @WWEDanielBryan or @mrbriankendrick.I trained with them a lot from 2000.They were very well trained by Shaun Micheal’s and Rudy Boy Gonzalas at Shaun’s school. They were already great when I met them.

In the video below, WWE Superstar Zack Ryder unboxes some ridiculously cool TMNT figures based on the cult classic 90s movies. The figures, made by NECA, will be available exclusively at San Diego Comic Con this summer and the former Intercontinental Champion is actually the first person in the world to own them.
