Ligue 1 outfit Strasbourg have submitted a €2m offer for 28-year-old Gent central defender Stefan Mitrovic, according to L’Équipe.

The player is currently under contract until 2020 and notably failed a medical with St Étienne during the January window, in an agreement that was otherwise wrapped up.
