According to today’s edition of L’Équipe, Olivier Giroud’s representatives are due to meet with Arsenal in the coming weeks to discuss the player’s future at the club.

The report claims however that Arsenal retain their confidence in the French international, at both a staff and board level.

However, the very fact that a meeting is scheduled suggests that the player’s situation at the club is not as black and white as the French newspaper has attempted to make out.
