On August 11, 2021, JB/T "Technical Specification for Black Oxidation Treatment of Rolling Bearing Parts" (Project Plan No. 2020-1206T-JB) industry standard prequalification meeting was held through a web conference.
The meeting was organized by the Secretariat of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Rolling Bearings (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Committee"). The Deputy Directors of the Standards Committee Zhao Binhai, Yu Changxin, Dong Hanjie, Secretary-General Tang Jie, Deputy Secretary-General Li Feixue and from Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd., Luoyang LYC Bearing Co., Ltd., Schaeffler (China) Co., Ltd., Dalian Metallurgical Bearing Co., Ltd., experts from Dalian University of Technology and Wafangdian Bearing Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhaofeng Electromechanical Co., Ltd., More than 20 representatives from the standard drafting unit of Taizhou Kejin Bearing Co., Ltd. and members of the Secretariat of the Standards Committee attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Dong Hanjie, vice chairman of the Standards Committee.
After the standard heat treatment and fine grinding of rolling bearing parts, the black oxidation treatment is beneficial to improve the performance and safety and reliability of the product. It can ensure the safe and long-term good operation of the bearing under dust, humidity, heavy load and other harsh working conditions. At present, black oxidation treatment process is widely used in wind power bearing, hub bearing unit, joint bearing and other fields. If the black oxidation of bearing surface is not handled properly, it will not only cause the surface corrosion or damage of parts, but also bring great risk to the use of bearings. The formulation of this standard standardizes the technical requirements of alkaline black oxidation process for rolling bearing parts, so that the bearing industry can correctly apply black oxidation treatment process and effectively control the quality of black oxide film of parts.
At the meeting, Tian Shilinggao of Wafangdian Bearing Group Co., Ltd., as the main drafter, introduced in detail the background, significance, process and main content of standard formulation. Then, experts and other participants carefully reviewed and discussed the draft standard. Finally, a consensus was reached on the main technical content of the standard that needs to be modified.
After the meeting, the standard drafting team will revise and improve the technical content of the standard based on the minutes of the meeting, and form a draft of the standard for soliciting opinions, and solicit opinions from experts and technicians in the field.
