Plenty of talent have gotten the chance to truly show what they are capable of while working for Impact Wrestling, and after being released from WWE last year, James Ellsworth has continued to make a name for himself on the independent wrestling circuit with his intergender wrestling. It looks like Ellsworth and Impact have finally come together as the former WWE Superstar just debuted during the promotion’s Cali Combat One Night Only event. The show was streamed on the Global Wrestling Network, and Ellsworth successfully hit the No Chin Music on Kal Jack to pick up a win in his Impact Wrestling debut. Perhaps Ellsworth will have a bigger role on Impact programming in the future.

A new report has unfortunately revealed that one of the WWE Performance Center’s most promising athletes is going to have to take some time off from competing in the wrestling ring. The latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio has reported that NXT Superstar Riddick Moss has received a knee injury, which is believed to be a torn Achilles tendon. Moss did not compete during the recent set of NXT TV tapings and he was reportedly on crutches backstage during those shows. The injury could reportedly keep Moss out of action for as long as eight months. Moss had been teaming with Tino Sabbatelli on NXT, although he also went down with a torn pectoral muscle injury recently that could keep him out of action for 6-9 months.
Officials and talent scouts have proven that WWE is always hiring because they are constantly signing some of the best wrestlers and sports athletes that the entire world has to offer. There have been numerous reports made over the past few weeks suggesting that independent wrestling star Keith Lee will be reporting to Orlando for NXT soon, but Casey Michael of Squared Circle Sirens has reported that WWE just signed former rugby star Daniel Vidot to a talent contract. Vidot had previously tried out for WWE back in 2015, but he was still concentrated on his rugby career at that time. It looks like Vidot might be on his way in now and he will reportedly be starting off in NXT very soon.

WWE has signed 28-year-old Australian Rugby Player Daniel Vidot to a developmental contract. He is of Samoan and Irish descent.
He’s had 2 WWE tryouts, the most recent being in October 2017.
