WWE SmackDown Live general manager, Daniel Bryan, has provided an update on when his current WWE contract ends after being medically cleared to return to wrestling. Bryan spoke with Al Arabiya English on the subject which you can see below with a h/t to IWNerd.com for the transcription.
“No, no. I had somebody say that to me on my Twitter. They said, does your contract expire on September 23rd? And I was like, how do people even know that. But no, my contract actually runs out September 1st, which is actually the day of the All In show, but it’s funny because that doesn’t compute. I was in the Bahrain Comic Con the last two days, and we did Q&As, and at each one, somebody asked me about that. They said, ‘are you going to be at All In’? I’m not. I don’t know what to tell you. But yeah, my contract is up September 1st”
Goldust Hints At Retirement, Is He ALL IN?
WWE legend, Goldust, might have hinted at retirement on Twitter this week, posting an image of himself with the comments “Is this the end, or do I keep going?”
This was picked up by the official ALL IN Twitter account, the independent wrestling show being run by Goldust’s brother, Cody Rhodes, which asked Goldust if he was free on 9/1.
