The heat treatment equipment recently launched by Ningjiyan is specifically designed for wind power bearings with a diameter of more than 2000mm, effectively improving the heat treatment effect and production efficiency of such bearings, and providing a strong guarantee for the supply chain security of the domestic wind power industry.

According to Ning Jiyan, the company uses intelligent molding and quenching technology and works with domestic and foreign heat treatment and heating equipment manufacturers to build an automated production line for wind power bearing heat treatment. This production line can continuously process large bearing rings and perform precise heat treatment after heating in a pit furnace. It solves the problems of large size, harsh working environment and extremely high requirements for precision and life of wind power bearings.

Ningjiyan continues to develop deeply in the field of molding and quenching technology and equipment, and has emerged in the domestic and even international markets with its core competitiveness. In 2023, the company successfully completed the autonomous region's key research and development project – the development of a complete set of intelligent molding and quenching equipment for extra-large wind power heavy-duty high-precision bearings, and passed expert acceptance, setting a first in China and even the world. Based on this, Ningjiyan has launched the research and development of heat treatment equipment for wind power spindle bearings above 2000mm, further improving the quenching efficiency of large bearings, reducing production costs, and accelerating the localization process of wind power bearings.

Ning Machinery plans to further develop multiple large-scale bearing ring molding and quenching machine tools, and is expected to build several heat treatment production lines to achieve large-scale, high-quality production of large-scale wind turbine bearings.
