Speaking in an exclusive interview with RMC Sport, AS Monaco midfielder Fabinho discussed his future ambitions now that his move to Liverpool has been confirmed.

“If I were to depart from Monaco, it was always going to be for something else wonderful. I hope to very quickly adapt to the new league, this new club. I hope, in terms of squad ambitions, to win titles. Personally, I want to continue to grow, to learn from great players, from this manager. The national team is also always in my head. I was lucky this season because I worked well. I hope to continue to have the chance.”

Fabinho also briefly discussed the Premier League:

“I always said that this was a league that I wanted to get to know, where I wanted to play. You see lots of passion, crazy atmospheres in all the stadiums each weekend. I cannot wait to experience that.”
