What better way to catch up with A-list friends than to hit the parties at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival?
That’s what 36-year-old Oscar-nominated beauty Michelle Williams did on Sunday, where she gleamed on the red carpet at a star-studded private dinner at the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto. To dress for the occasion, Williams turned to stylist Kate Young, who slipped the actress into a white Louis Vuitton dress that featured a unique asymmetrical hemline and showed off her toned gams. Black ankle-strap heels, a wrap-around belt, and a trunk-like Petite Malle clutch completed the sleek ensemble.
Williams could have single-handedly stolen the show, but she cranked up the star power on the red carpet by catching up with Reese Witherspoon and Lupita Nyong’o, a face of Tiffany & Co.’s latest campaign and the evening’s honoree. Witherspoon put forward her Southern sensibility in an off-the-shoulder blush-toned dress with silver-toned detailing.

For Nyong’o, in Toronto to promote new flick Queen of Katwe, the event was another opportunity to stun in a bold, multi-colored look.
“Honored to be honored by #legendarystyle @tiffanyandco at #TIFF2016! #blueboxboundaries,” Nyong’o wrote alongside an Instagram of herself.
