RMC report that 18-year-old PSG central defender Moussa Sissako is going to join a Premier League club in the coming hours.

The teenager has 4-year contract proposals from both Brighton and Newcastle United, with the pair of English 1st division sides having agreed a fee with the Ligue 1 champions.
