Gianluca di Marzio reports that Napoli will stand firm and turn down a €5m plus the loan of Alphonse Areola offer for Spanish goalkeeper Pepe Reina.

PSG’s offer expires tomorrow, and the Serie A side have no intention of being forced into the goalkeeper market this late into the transfer window. They don’t like the look of Areola as an adequate replacement and will therefore be rejecting the proposal.
