Lille have this evening confirmed the signing of 21-year-old Moroccan youth international defender Saad Agouzoul from SCC Mohammédia.

He has signed a 5-year contract with Les Dogues, and joins for a fee of €600k.

The player had the following to say on the move:

“I am very happy to come to Lille, a prestigious and reputable club. I will do my best on the pitch, I will give my maximum to defend the shirt. I cannot wait to discover this team, to get to know my new team-mates. In terms of my aims, I want to continue to progress, to play, to try to win my place, but also to discover the Champions’ league and why not win trophies with Lille.”
