L’Équipe report that Ligue 1 leaders PSG continue to pursue their interest for Brazilian defensive midfielder Allan of Napoli.

Far more of a natural #6 than other primary target Tanguy N’Dombélé, Les Parisiens had attempted to sign the player in January, only to be faced with Napoli President Aurelio de Laurentiis’ laughable €90m asking price.

A deal remains unlikely, but Les Parisiens believe that the player’s firm desire to make a move to their side could play a role in bringing down the Serie A side’s asking price.

Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti remains firmly opposed to the player’s departure, with Allan under contract until 2023.
