Already left embarrassed after four of its priests were booked for rape of a married woman, there is more trouble for the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church in Kerala after another woman filed a rape case against another priest.

According to the woman, a native of Alappuzha District, the priest Father Binu George raped her in 2014 after calling her to his office on the pretext of solving a family matter.
