A leading Chinese newspaper has made a startling claim about Indian currency notes. According to a report inSouth China Morning Post, theChinese money production plants are printing marriage certificates and driving licences and are now getting bulk orders to print currency ofIndia besides other countries.

Liu Guisheng, president of the China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation, said that China did not print foreign currency until recently.
